Ska\u010demo v Guncljah in tudi v drugih centrih za nordijske \u0161porte. Kondicijski treningi se v zimskem \u010dasu izvajajo v telovadnici. Trenerji zelo radi kombiniramo tudi druge \u0161portne panoge: rolanje, tek na smu\u010deh, kolesarjenje, ipd.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u017diga (10 let): &#8220;Zelo rad treniram, v\u0161e\u010d mi je veliko \u0161tevilo treningov in kombinacija notranjih in zunanjih treningov. Poleg treninga skokov imam rad tudi treninge v telovadnici, treninge teka na smu\u010deh in z rolerji.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Sta\u0161 (11 let): &#8220;Na vseh treningih se po\u010dutim super, spro\u0161\u010deno, veselo&#8230; Na treningih sodelujem in poslu\u0161am trenerja. Se ne hecam, ko se ne smem in, ko ni primerno.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">David (12 let): &#8220;Najte\u017eji so skakalni treningi, \u010de ni dvigal na skakalnice. Na tehniko je treba paziti na rolerjih, da ne pade\u0161 na zadnjico, pa na smu\u010darskih teka\u0161kih treningih.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Aleks\u00a0(12 let): &#8220;\u010ce grem dale\u010d, se po\u010dutim super, \u010de pa ne, pa sem malo \u017ealosten. V\u0161e\u010d mi je skakati na drugih skakalnicah, \u0161e posebej v Beljaku. \u010ceprav mi pa tam ni v\u0161e\u010d steza za rolanje, ker sem si na njej zlomil roko.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<span>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\"><span itemprop=\"description\">Trening skokov za\u010demo z ogrevanjem in razgibavanjem.
